Disable Composition -> Preview -> Cache Frames When Idle for best responsiveness of the plugin.

Add effect to your footage. The clip is processed in chunks, so you will always have some slow frames (several seconds per frame), but all subsequent frames render super fast.

Set the "Window Size" parameter to the highest number your GPU allows. This will improve temporal stability.
